5-8 year olds
5-8 year old's are encouraged to attend twice a week (Monday and Wednesday). They can also attend on Saturday mornings.

Is this the class for you?
Students attending the 5-8's class can expect to be kept active in a supportive, encouraging and positive environment. They will develop in strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Competitions are optional.
